I had a very unfortunate event with my battery dying in the bay at an oil change place across the street and some less-than-stellar customer service there. I came over to Advance Auto Parts to have them test my battery, which did in fact need replaced. A very kind gentleman employee here (I failed to get his name (greeted me immediately and offered his assistance.).
