We came in to grab our online order and I was greeted by Bob (Smith). So pleasant and helpful . Best Customer Service I’ve had in a long time .
Stopped in with a caliper stuck and smoking. The manager Bob hooked me up with the parts and tools needed to fix it in the parking lot
Staff was very knowledgeable about parts and warranties offered on parts. Every time I've visited this store staff has been very efficient, kind and knowledgeable.
Nice, friendly and knowledgeable. Clair was a pleasure to work with.
