I had a return of a defective battery that I had tried for over a month to get taken care of at the south Lyon store. I went to brownstown where I originally purchased the battery and Bob was there, and he was the guy that made it happen! If you need anything regarding auto parts, go see him. He's very knowledgeable and very friendly and easy to work with.
Called and asked a simple question, was told to hold and then was rerouted over and over to the first message when calling their number, Awful

Best parts store in the area. They always have or can get QUICKLY, what i need.
The GM Bob was very helpful and informative! Look nowhere else for auto parts! Bob went above and beyond for the customer! Would definitely recommend
