Ordered a caliper and pads online and picked it up in Salem. Just over a year later the caliper froze up and destroyed the pads and rotors. Told me they would not warranty the parts. Said they would sell me new parts and I was on my own getting a warranty refund. That's bull because the store just up the road had no problem swapping the parts for me. It's just a few more miles down the road. Worth the trip.

so I sent my son to the Salem OH store to pick up 2 separate online orders today (4/26/18), I sent him with the order numbers (90995894 and 90988318) for both orders, and he was told they couldn't find either order... I also sent him with 2 hoses to return (with the receipt for each hose dated 4/20/18), and they refused to return the hoses because the counter person couldn't find them in the system, how can you not find something in the system when it came from your company??? I wonder if this has anything to do with me comp... read more

I'm not sure which employee helped me yesterday (2/9) but I am so grateful. My car didn't want to start yesterday before work and when it finally did I took it there, they tested the battery, it was bad so they replaced it. And I still managed to make it to work on time!! Thanks guys!!

Adam was so helpful! I stopped in because a warning light came on indicating a tail light out. He came outside, had me touch the brakes while he watched and determined which light it was then he sold me a 2 pack of bulbs, and then he installed it for me.... Wow! Thanks Adam! All on a cold Ohio afternoon!
