This entire interaction lasted approximately three minutes. Me: “Hi. I need to return (these reverse light bulbs). These arent the right item for my car. The housing is different and theres not really any way to make it work.” They were looked up, found on the aisle, recommended and sold by a different associate the week prior. Well, the Advance Auto store at 8205 Richlands Hwy, Richlands, NC 28574 has totally lost our business. My husband took a battery to be tested and was asked to wait while they dealt with four other customers. While he was waiting, six more customers came in. When the employee asked who was next, my husband spoke up, but was ignored and the other six were assisted. Another customer came in and the who is next was asked again.
