Amazing service When I arrived at Carquest I did not expect to find the parts I was looking for, as no other company could get them. So as a last resort before buying parts for my 65 Pontiac GTO from the internet I thought I would give them a try. The performance parts I was looking for took some time for the guys to find however once they found what I was looking for it took no time at all to get my parts. I had them the very next day, I will be returning to Carquest for all of my automotive needs.
Great Store The staff went above and beyond to help me fix my VW and the parts were high quality. I will definitely return to CarQuest for all my auto needs.
Excellent Customer Service CarQuest rocks! I have been trying to find parts for my classic car with nooooooo luck. No one was able to help me. About to give up, I decided to stop into CarQuest and the staff went to great lengths to get me my part in a timely manner. Truly and efficient and quality business. It's nice to go somewhere and really receive good customer service -- so rare these days.

Great Customer Service ! B and B offered great Customer Service! They knew exactly what I was talking about (unlike a local competitor) with a specific part for my car, ordered it promptly and additionally offered their time unrushed, for questions that were unrelated.
Auto Parts or Junk Stores are very dirty and the selection of parts is poor. It looks like an old big-lots store. If they do not have the part(which is most of the time) they try to get you to run to some one Else's warehouse to pick it up. If this doesn't work they will order it for you for more money. Save yourself time and money and go else ware.
Good service, a bit costly B&B is the place to go if you want excellent service and don't mind paying a little extra for it. B&B has a large variety of auto parts, and what they don't have they will order for you. The service people are very friendly, knowledgeable, and they are extremly helpful. Compared to other auto parts stores, they are a little pricy but it's worth it sometimes for the extra service.
Auto Parts and More B&B just doesn't have auto parts, they also rebuilt engines and sell rebuilts as well. The service is great and you can count on getting a product that works. They stand behind them.
