I called through the phone and I immediately got put on hold for 10 minutes straight. I called AutoZone and they answered me immediately, way better service.
Not the best experience here. Upon arriving, I was met with music playing very inappropriate language, which immediately set a negative tone. I then waited about 15 minutes before anyone came to the register. When I finally got assistance, I asked about purchasing and installing a new battery, and also requested an alternator check.
