THIS SHOP IS AMAZING!!! If you ever need anything come to these guys first! Nate and Rac are fantastic! i had a part go out on my car and the stayed after hours to help me put it in and saved me money along the way! they saved me many hundreds of dollars of repairs and taught me something new. Ill never go to any other auto parts store! Edit: I came in once again for batteries, key fob batteries, and fuel stabilizer and this team is still extremely helpful! The Boardman, Ohio Advance Auto Parts store is simply a stupendous place to purchase any auto parts. Their staff is excellent. Plus, you will always receive the very BEST customer service at the Boardman location. The store manager is hyper knowledgeable and all staff members will share the BEST customer service possible.
Tiffanie was extremely helpful! My car battery died and she first let me use the battery jumper. When that did not work she assisted me with helping find the battery and tools I needed to replace it. She was extremely kind in a very frustrating situation. We will definitely be back
