FANNY offered exceptional customer service - just like businesses used to give customers! She made Advanced Auto stand out brilliantly!!! I purchased a top-of-the-line battery and the installation was seamless!
The store manager Franny is awesome! There was a tech issue with the app( I have been using their rewards system for 10 years) and I had already called the corporate help line and it still didn't work. But Franny figured out who to call and got it fixed by the next day!!!
Great store, great employees. Michelle is the best, replaced my wiper blades in 10 minutes. My go to store for any of my automotive needs.
