Bought a tool and asked to use the restroom because I am not from here and no nothing about the area. I was told the public business only has restrooms for employees only. I need more tools and parts but going to take my business elsewhere. Not allowing a customer to use the restroom is INHUMANE.
Great customer service! I've purchased light bulbs, cotter pins, Motor oil, fuel stabilizer, etc from this location. The guys behind the counter are pleasant & helpful. If for some reason you don't get the right parts the first time, they take the time to make sure they find the right parts & do their best to make each experience as pleasant as possible. This is why I keep going back.
