I went in to pickup an online order and was totally ignored by the associate on the floor. As soon as another customer approached the counter she hurried to check him out without acknowledging the fact that I was standing there. She was very dismissive and the other associate tried to downplay the situation as a mistake. Mistakes are accidental... this was a deliberate choice. I wouldn't go back there again if my car was on fire!

I went into the store the evening of 8/1/25 to get the wipers replaced on my grandmother's car. I wasn't quite sure how to replace the blades (I could have figured it out but it would have taken time), so I asked the store clerk if replacement was a service they provided. The clerk immediately became very hostile, saying that he wouldn't go out. I didn't understand his very negative reaction, and I told him I was just asking if it was a service the store offered.
