The sales reps were very nice helping me to find what I needed.
Bad customer service, the employee argued and yelled at me when I tried to make a refund. Would not recommend this store to anyone.
Search online for spark plugs for my car. Website says they have in stock. Show up and they don't have them in the store. Order them from another store to show up to this store. Employee says they'll be there the next day by noon. Call the next day at noon, they tell me they're not there yet. Person on the phone tells me they will be there by 3pm that day. Purchase spark plug yesterday and 5 minutes l entered the store to return the item because doesn’t work for my car and the staff denied! I will complaint to the state authorities. AVOID this store! Legal action will be placed!
