I ran around all day and eventually ended up here because its the "hub" store. Only location that had the battery I needed. I get here, ask for battery in the commercial dpt bc I was visiting for my mechanic, get home to install my battery and realized they sold me a DEAD "return" or defect battery. Thats absolutely unacceptable for your customer service expert in the commercial to not test each battery before selling to the customer.
