Absolutely horrible HORRIBLE customer service from the “Manager” Juan he is a real jerk refuses to help everything seems to be a problem refuses to honor store warranty extremely unhelpful constantly wants to discuss stores expenses in returns with customers. I’m not sure how he became manager at this location but he is absolutely horrible. I am a dealer with a high dealer account and he refuses to honor my discounts on my account. You need to find someone else to replace him you might actually make a sale at this location.
Walked in today August 25 Julio attended me at 5:40 pm he was very disrespectful tried to kick me out the store and was being very unprofessional and disrespectful towards me the client , did not want to attend me and walked away ignoring me . Old guy needs better home training and manners
Great service
