The employees here are always lazy, unfriendly and unprofessional it seems. I have been here before and the same treatment. I was trying to buy for an oil change. The guy didn’t know how to look up a mustang GT 5.0 oil filter. Very unfriendly and it made me walk away.

I went to my neighborhood Advanced auto parts and was advised to buy the wrong headlight bulb. I bought it at Advanced Auto parts and brought it to my mechanic to replace my old one and it was not the right one. I bought a new one there and had it installed. I went to return the light bulb that was not correct and was denied my money back, because I threw out the receipt. Even though the case was never opened and was in mint condition. Clearly I am not running a light bulb scam to get rich. I simply want my money back.
