Good selection not so good customer service.
I recently visited the Eau Claire store after another company worked on my car and caused the check engine light to come on. Alan was amazing! He figured out very quickly what was wrong and was able to fix it in a matter of minutes. He was so kind and didn’t judge me for not knowing what was wrong or how to fix it myself. I will not hesitate to give this store my business in the future thanks to Alan’s customer service!
