This place is awesome. I stopped in to get windshield wipers. Rudy helped me find the correct wipers and installed them in no time at all. I really appreciated the friendly and speedy customer service. Thank you! I highly recommend this place.
After being told by the manager or owner "you've got ten seconds" to tell him what I needed, he refused to even look the item up after having no idea what I was describing (a common wear part I BROUGHT WITH and had a new one in my hand 5 minutes later at a competitor's down the street). They clearly are concerned with assisting customers, with repeat business, and with negative reviews. I wonder if Advance's corporate office is also as unconcerned.
