If I could give them a zero I would, online customer service is terrible I will never buy anything from this company again no chat online no help at all. I purchased a PCV grommet and a vent grommet one for $4 and the other for $8 and they sent two of the same $4 grommet unbelievable. This is why everyone is seeking service with other online vendors due to poor customer service and over priced items
