I bought a replacement rear window wiper for my car. It was too difficult for me to figure out. So when I tried to return it, they offered to install it for me for free. (Of course I gave the man a tip.) Thank you so much!!!
Michele, the manager, is great. She is professional, communicative, and helped me resolve a problem that was not even related to her store. It was a breath of fresh air to work with someone who is interested in providing real customer service.
Here I also found joy with the well advised employees there, although at times they tend to hire high school graduates who doesn't have much experience with cars or car parts
