I originally purchased a 3 yr warranty on a car battery -their brand from this store(didn’t have original receipt). I went in the store and was greeted by Jeffery who was very willing to help. I explained I needed to get my battery tested and he did. It read “Recheck Soon OK” I asked to speak with a manager being as though I did not believe it was okay. Manager on duty was Darryl.
