If I could give 0 stars I would. Customer service is absolutely non existent. “Manager” Malachi Knight is extremely rude. I went to return a can of auto a/c refrigerant that i didn’t use. Because the can didn’t “feel” the same weight to him as the cans on the shelf, he refused my return. The blue activation tab was still attached to the can. I asked him for the corporate number and his name. I called corporate and the representative handled the situation. I was given a used and faulty gas cap that i eventually had to get replaced because it was causing a leak and made my check engine light come on. I realized I was given a faulty/used part when I went to a different auto store and they offered me the same exact gas cap that came with what seemed like extra parts like a teether attached. It was actually brand new and unused, unlike the one I was given from here. Horrible.
