This shop is great. The one guy working was friendly and speedy yet still had time to chat with me and the customer behind me.... To the reviewer complaining about being greeted: This is not a giant box store with minimum wage greeters. This is a great franchise that stocks what it's local customers need. I mistakenly bought the wrong size hex bit socket and returned within a few days with my receipt to request a return. The store refused the return. The front desk lady staff member I spoke with during my visit (Thrusday/Afternoon shift) was not polite and did not handle the situation professionally. This experience was disappointing, and although the store is close to my home, I may not return.
The store was clean and well organized the staff was friendly and helpful.
