I drive past a few other parts stores to shop here. They have friendly, and helpful employees (my experience). There's a younger guy with a mohawk who works there, can't recall his name - always goes out of his way to make sure you find what you're looking for.
I had a phenomenal experience at Advanced Auto Parts. I purchased my new car battery on the app before retrieving it. When I arrived, my battery was ready for me. Lestat B. provided superb customer service! He was polite, personable, and very professional. He also performed the installation himself. The installation was extremely quick, literally completed within 6 minutes. Thanks Lestat, I appreciate you.
The guys helped us put on our wipers when they could have enjoyed their downtime with an empty store. 🤗
