Always a good experience
Went in on Memorial Day to return a battery. Spoke with Johnathan (who was very polite and professional) at the counter who battery tested my battery with their tester and informed me that the battery (cores) was still good and able to be charged. After asking him about the return policy he asked if I would like to speak to the manager because he didn't know the answers to my questions.
