HORRIBLE CUSTOMER SEEVICE THAT MANAGER ALPH HORRIBLE I FEEL BAD FOR THE EMPLOYEES AND THAT BUSINESS
The worst auto parts store ever. I called to ask a question they put me on hold for 20 minutes and then a guy that doesn’t understand English picks up. He tells me to hold on again just because he doesn’t understand. After being on hold for 20 minutes already. Then you get there and they never have what you need. Their batteries never work and everything else is a joke.
I was going to buy parts for my car but when they told me they don't have a restroom I went to Sedanos next door and then went looking for another auto parts.
