I went to this advanced auto because my battery went completely dead. After only six months of purchase the employee called Jayden put it on the tester and told me I had to leave it there to charge for 24 hours. I told him they should be able to give me a new battery. I went to another advanced auto. They put it on the charger. The charger said replace so either Jaden didn’t know what he was doing. He put in the wrong information in the tester or didn’t know what the policy was.
