Purchased oil online Sunday, received a call from the store that they don’t have it in stock so it’ll be ready Monday. They went ahead and processed the order as if it was already picked up even though they told me they don’t have it. Then they told me it will be Tuesday, Tuesday they said Wednesday, came Wednesday guess what? They don’t have it. So I chatted with support online and I’m supposedly am getting a refund, which I’m not sure if I’m ever gonna get because they “picked up” the order on their end Sunday. Now my mone... read more
Closing time is not accurate.
Closing time not accurate. Says 9, but pulled up 10 minutes til and doors were locked and the employee inside only mouthing "closed"
GM Sherry was so helpful and ensured I had everything I needed to complete the job I was working on. The store was clean and other employees were really nice and friendly as well.
