I was on hold with Fabian for half an hour to ask if they had a 10mm oil washer. When i called i was on hold for 10 minutes which i understand he is busy. Finally i spoke with him to ask if they had a M10 size washer. He then put me on hold for another 20 minutes before getting back to me to let me know they dont. I understand your busy but i felt thats a bit excessive.
