I was there last night and amazing work the young lady Abdullah I think that’s her name. She was very helpful with me with my battery. The other gentleman I didn’t catch his name. He came on and helped us change the things on our battery cable I was super super happy with this store very clean very pleasant everybody friendly welcome good afternoon. I will be returning to the store more often. Keep up the good job. You guys deserve 100%.
Great service
I was on hold with Fabian for half an hour to ask if they had a 10mm oil washer. When i called i was on hold for 10 minutes which i understand he is busy. Finally i spoke with him to ask if they had a M10 size washer. He then put me on hold for another 20 minutes before getting back to me to let me know they dont. I understand your busy but i felt thats a bit excessive.
