I went in to buy a replacement low beam headlight bulb for my Subaru. I knew what the type was but didn’t want to waste time searching through the aisles so a nice gentlemen helped me find it within seconds. While I knew the price was slightly more than say Walmart, the convenience of having the friendly employee install the light for me was well worth it! Sorry I didn’t catch the employee’s name but he was an older gentleman working in the morning. Thanks again!
My experience here has always been very pleasant everyone is very helpful very eager to help with any parts that I've tried to purchase very pleasant experience the location is always clean and bright and cheerful and neat shelves are always stocked with the items and if I can't find it someone will find it for me always recommend stopping by and speak to Juan he can always help you out

Do not take your battery cores here. Store manager does not know how to do his job. Stated that Advance Auto Parts does not trade store credit for battery cores. I have never had this problem at any other location.
