I go in on a Thursday. Martez the GM knows literally nothing- had to ask for help to do a basic return. Kind enough though, no big deal. Called Friday about a 10mm bleeder screw, that's in stock online, but didnt want to make an unnecessary trip- Martez puts me on hold for 3 minutes. Returns saying they have none. Had to return the other item on Sunday. Martez is at the counter and on the phone, says one moment and I walk around in circles around the counter waiting. I cannot say enough good about this experience! I desperately needed to get this starter delivered by the evening, and something went wrong with the Doordash driver, communication broke down between Advance and the delivery person (who apparently just flaked out), and about 7:15 PM, I started getting very nervous. I called the store, and the gentleman who took care of me spent 30 minutes on the phone trying to sort out the problem and trying to find a solution. Beverly was absolutely amazing, I explained my issue and she immediately knew what I needed for my Jeep. Extremely kind to my young child and she even ensured I was using the product correctly before sending me on my way. I don’t frequent Ann Arbor much but would love to see her at my store near the Romulus area. As a woman, I trust female auto specialists more with my vehicle. Thanks Beverly!
