Went in to the Carpenter Rd location yesterday to purchase a lightbulb for my car. I observed 3 of the 4 workers that I saw incorrectly wearing their mask. Two of the workers (one was a cashier) had it below their nose and one (an older gentlemen with a ponytail and long beard) wasn’t wearing one at all. Also a customer was permitted in the store to shop without a mask, took up 10 minutes at the register being helped and then proceeded to walk throughout the store picking out more items and get back in line. I had never been in and went to the Ann Arbor Carpenter Rd store twice within a week. I needed a low beam bulb earlier in the week and everyone was very helpful. The cashier even double checked the computer to make sure I had the correct bulb. I went back today to buy a vehicle battery. The tech installed it quickly and even put my bulb in after I told him I had trouble removing the original one. I will be back.
