I had the most excellent experience today with your female employee. I was in a panic because of major car problems. She diagnosed the situation and her calm demeanor plus professionalism made such a difference. She took her time to explain the situation and showed me what to do and what to purchase. She’s very knowledgeable but most importantly she saw how stressed I was and was very kind to me on a day of which I needed that the most. My check engine light came on and I needed a part replaced while on a road trip and 3 hours from home. Andrew and Colton were so helpful and got me exactly what I needed. They were knowledgeable and had amazing customer service. Thanks guys!
The salesman hooked my car to the code reader and gave me the info on the problem my car was having.
Wasn't greeted, never offered service while I tried to find windshield wipers that would fit my vehicle. Never spoke to me, super negative vibe inside the store. I left without any help.
