went to get a new battery. the sales lady came out and placed the battery on to check it. Asked me to turn my car off and I told her it wouldnt start back up if I do. she insisted. of course my car wouldnt start. She goes back in side the store and leaves me stranded.tried to jump the battery off with a customer nothing. So now I was forced to buy a battery here. went in and purchased and ask for help to put it on. they cant because now they are closing..... By far the worst customer service in town. They need change in this place starting whit the store manager.
