I had a great experience with Davey at Advance Auto Parts! He replaced my car battery for me, and it definitely was not an easy replacement, but he was patient, kind, and helpful throughout the entire process. He took the time to make sure everything was done correctly and never made me feel like I was an inconvenience, even though it ended up being more difficult than expected. I purchase a part at Autozone for $29.95 with tax, the same part same brand, same part number, Advance charge me $62.43. This is robbery! don't buy parts at ADVANCE. The only reason I had to pay is because everybody else were out of stock and I need my car to get to work. Advance.... never again!
Since new management step in this location has definitely gotten way better every party I've ordered or have had to go in and get was on location never have to wait.
