I had the pleasure of working with Josh who had amazing customer service and did a great job with my battery replacement. It was a smooth process overall. I’d highly recommend coming to this location for auto parts.

If I could write a review giving no stars to this particular store I would. 11600 E Colonial Dr. store #9578. Bought a new battery from this location for my daughter’s car who attends UCF and has a job. Put the battery in the car and it started. The next day it didn’t. Twice we had to towed the car to the mechanic because it fail to start. Paid over $800 to find the problem, which at the end was the new $229 battery I bought less than a week ago.
