I went today, Friday, March 8, 2024 to exchange my truck battery. We had been at the store the previous day at which time Krista helped us. We followed up in the evening with the information requested and were told that the battery was still under warranty. Today, we arrive and Kathy, or the person in charge “took over” although Krista was there. Kathy asked me to bring the battery in because it was purchased “commercially.” I asked her for a wrench. Great service. John is very helpful in showing us and installing the cabin and engine filter , so greatly appreciated it a was few days ago. Today Pedro A. is very helpful as well in changing the high beam light bulb in our SUV. They are all very knowledgeable and very professional , kind and always willing to assist with customers .
