Terrible service at this location. They found every excuse in the book to not honor a battery warranty. After multiple visits, had to get the battery tested at a different location in order to prove it was defective.

When I tell you I haven’t been in an establishment that truly made me feel safe, comfortable and gave me the best service in a long time!! I am truly grateful for everyone at this store. I came in searching for answers for my car battery and found out through their diagnosis that it was unfortunately my alternator. I had the pleasure of working with Josh who had amazing customer service and did a great job with my battery replacement. It was a smooth process overall. I’d highly recommend coming to this location for auto parts. UPDATE - I had the pleasure of working with the store manager Cassie and an employee named Joe this morning when picking up oil and a car filter for a much needed oil change.
