I've been into this store a few times the past year. Everyone is friendly and tries to be helpful. In particular, I want to call out Shawn who has helped me read my Check Engine light code. I recognized him instantly from a few months ago. He is knowledgeable and resourceful. He helps me interpret the check engine light code by looking it up online. They are always beyond helpful each and every time I go in the store. Very clean and stock is always being replaced
White female employee was condescending and unhelpful. Never had an interaction like this before and will not return again. Just because someone doesn’t know cars doesn’t mean you should be acting the way you did. Unacceptable that this is an employee or even a manager.
