Great service product a bit pricey
Started my day with my car dash board light coming on and a beeping noise. Took my car over to Advance Auto Parts in Fern Park, FL and explained everything to Amy the clerk and Jean. They came out and checked my vehicle and told me exactly what I needed. Jean then showed me where the product needed to go. Great customer service and made sure I understood what was wrong and what to look out for. Thank you Jean and Amy
Jose helped me with my car battery and made the whole process easy. He’s a nice guy, very knowledgeable, and clearly knows what he’s doing. Great experience!
Once arrive Gene went above and beyond to make sure we were taken care of. He took his time and explained everything, AMAZING service! 5 star Manager. Driving to this location just for him next time.
