I worked with a young man named Joey. He is truly an asset to your company. He explained what I needed and why. He made sure I was ready to leave the store. Cudos, he's valuable and I hope he's paid accordingly. A rare find.
My battery terminal was fried and AAA recommended me to go to Advanced Auto Parts. Upon arrival, I was greeted by associate David and I showed him what the issue was. David then selected the exact part I needed and installed it quickly for free!! Less than a 5 minute process. I would highly recommend this store due to exceeding customer service.
