This is the best store; I had never stopped here before, but I made a visit because a part I needed was only available at this location. Since then, I go there for everything, brake pads, oil and filters, wiper blades, and light bulbs. Not to mention the service and the employees' friendliness; it really is the best Advance Auto in the area. I went to Advance Auto Parts today on 140th for the 1st time, I had to get some things for my vehicle and had a very pleasant experience. The manager Stephanie was so nice and seemed to know what she was doing, she helped me pick out so fuel cleaner and a few other items. She was very informative and helpful. I will definitely be returning to this store from now on!!
I went there to return a part that I bought the same day, it happened to be the wrong one for my car. They not only didn’t return the part and told me to trash it, which I did, but the African American associate also insulted me by constantly yelling at me and telling me how it would be unprofitable for the business to return a $30 part, and somehow it wasn’t their problem. The money meant nothing, but the mental stress and injustice was quite significant.
