I don't like to do this but when you go in to a business and the girl behind the counter is rude and has a bad attitude and tells you that you don't know what your talking about because the computer says this and you show them it's wrong they get mad and have smart comments to make it makes you mad I will never buy anything from them at that store as long as that smart mouth amber is there I can go anywhere and get parts with helpful people at the counter so thanks advance for letting people know you don't care about your cu... read more

I saw on facebook where the new "lady" manager at the Grand Bay AAP says if the five year battery for your car goes out in three years, you're out of luck. She says they no longer prorate and they don't give away new batteries. Well, they are cheaper down the road, anyway, "lady". Will share this info all over.

I have to say there are some people here that know there stuff, unlike most parts stores you go in nowadays. Patrick is awesome and very knowledgeable. There is a young lady there, I forget her name, but is very helpful as well. She spent an hour or so one day helping me match up brake pads for my custom built car since I didn't have a particular application. Both of you guys are great. Happy to bring you my business.
