Told me they can only accept 3 gallons of waste oil per day. Their web site says they accept 5 gallons per day. They refused to take my 5 gallons saying their container is full. I purchase auto supplies their regularly....well no more.

Went into store to return old used oil the manager DONALD. Stated doesn’t accept used oil was extremely RUDE stated has a bad back There where 3 other associates standing around and did nothing to help the used oil container in the back of the store had material covering it making it nearly impossible to access some higher up management needs to correct the manager and the store operation

I bought a battery 8 months ago. It doesn't work anymore. The car left me stranded in a parking lot. Don't buy batteries there.😡

I had a disappointing experience with the store. The manager refused to help change my car key battery since it wasn’t purchased in-store. I was also planning to buy oil, but the lack of basic customer service made me leave. Colvin is a lot more personable, moving forward I will stick with them. Better customer service and a more personable manager would make a big difference.
