Store fail to remove advertising prices from prior week,.making a store visit very deceiving to their prices on the shelves not maching at the counter a clear violation of Retail Srore Polices and Town Laws . Associates need re training, I will bypass this store for a true Advance Auto experience.
Went in for a car battery , they tried to sell me one that looked liked it was used to hold a door open for quite a while . When I looked at the date of manufacture it was 4 years old! The associate had no clue about batteries . I would not recommend going there for a car battery . Maybe it's good to buy washer fluid or wiper blades there
Bought an engine degreaser for a aluminum motor, didn't have my glass so I ask the sales rep if this would harm my engine. He couldn't couldn't read the fine print eithrr. so we decide I'll purchase it and when I get home I'll read the fine print with my readers on. After reading the label's fine print, it wasn't clear if this would hurt my engine's finish. Upon returning the product the same sales rep advised that this product is not returnable. The worker with the bald head was very rude and mean. Imagine having car problems and you’re looking for help, don’t go here. I even called ahead and was given wrong information about availability and pricing for a product. They will make your day worse
Told me they can only accept 3 gallons of waste oil per day. Their web site says they accept 5 gallons per day. They refused to take my 5 gallons saying their container is full. I purchase auto supplies their regularly....well no more.
