I can't be more happy than I am with this store! I work 20-25 min from home and when I was on lunch break, my car wouldn't turn over. I did a AAA road service via app and they were gonna charge me an arm and a leg, plus my mechanic was very busy. I decided to order the battery online from Advanced Auto Parts and when I told them want happened, David and his new employee with no hesitation offered to change my battery! Clay and Frank at the hickville store helped me out after I left my lights on and had a dead battery. They thoroughly tested my system and said all was well after I got a jump. Then they sent me on my way without a charge. It was awesome and im super grateful
