Very poor customer service, called for a part and the person who answer just said system down and hang up
the Manager Yusef is very knowledgeable and friendly.
Came in because the spark plug on my scooter had worked itself loose while riding. Needed a spark plug socket. I asked if they could loan me one, for 5 mins to tighten my socket. Milton, presumably the manager, told me he could sell me one, but couldn't "loan" me one, though they advertise that they loan tools. I told him I just need it to tighten my plug, wouldn't take long.
