Here’s what happened to me as an African American customer: I walked into the store, went to the counter, and politely said, “Hi, my engine light is on, can you hook it up to the computer and tell me the codes?” The clerk, an elderly white man with gray hair, immediately said, “No, we can’t do that anymore. I we t to rerurn a product and the store front desk old guy decline rerurn saying I need to go to the location where it was purchased. I am going to post this in other social media platform for the unprofessional attitude and will also file a complain at customer support never going to come back to this location
