I am appalled at the service of this store. I showed up today at 5:15 pm. My car had just been jumped and needed a new battery. I was told Advance Auto Parts would install a new battery by my roadside service (also published on their website). I got here and my battery died again. When I went inside I told them I needed a battery and needed to have it installed because my car was dead in their parking lot. They told me they would not install a battery for me. It’s too dark.
