Steven B is the man ! HE WILL GET YOU RIGHT EVERY TIME!!
Steven was an excellent help! I went in there right before closing with battery issues, and he was very thorough and explained my issues with no confusion. He also installed it !!!He was also helping me and 3 other people at once! Highly recommend asking for him if you visit this location.
What a great experience here at advanced auto parts. I walked in with smiles and greeted as soon as I walked in the door I had battery issues in Heather Bob and Ken were terrific help and guide me through the process. They worked as a team.
An employee would benefit from coaching on customer service, particularly regarding their demeanor when assisting customers with online order pickups. We will not be returning to this location.
