I bought a battery from them a few years ago and it died the other day. I took it to another Advance Auto and they tested it and it was bad. However, the battery was still under warranty but for some reason the store doesn't have a record of me buying the battery and I can't find the receipt from a few years ago. I felt like they didn't care and that they were trying to rush me out the door because it was my problem. Went in to the store twice the other day, the first cashier I had was awesome...James I think. he was very knowledgeable and his customer service was great! came back later in the day and this guy Donnie was horrible...rude and obnoxious to employees AND customers. Will not be shopping here if he's behind the register.

I have bought over $100,000.00 (no joke) in typically high quality parts, components, lubricants & chemicals from this store since ?2001?... If the part wasn't in stock they always worked diligently to get my part from another Advance store or third party if need be. As I was a commercial customer I typically had the parts delivered to my shop. But the store was always clean & organized when I stopped by to pick up a part on my way to or from my shop. Your guys have saved me from the dreaded dealer many times with your high quality parts and accessories, your staff is knowledgeable, courteous and always a pleasure to deal with.
