I can’t say enough about the staff at this store... thanks to them I saved hundreds of dollars yesterday on what we thought was an alternator and turned out to be just the battery. They spent 45 min in the cold changing it for me (which is harder thank you think in a 2003 Chevy). They all seem to enjoy their jobs and care about their customers - it was a positive end to a frustrating day!
Incredibly rude customer service reps. Never will shop here again!!!!! Not worth it when you ask a question and they feed you a bunch of nonsense and try to sell you things you don't need. Employee got all offended by him not being able to answer a question then continued to tell me he wasn't going to argue with me. I asked what the difference was in two different kinds of antifreeze and he couldn't answer it even though his only response was you should buy the most expensive one and had no reason for why hahaha pathetic.
