My light came on I’m my car so I quickly pulled into Advance. I was greeted by the lady behind the counter. It was nice to find a women to help me women to women. Her name was Donna. She hooked up my car to her little box and was able to find the issue. Not only did she find the code, she knew what it was, and how I would go about getting it fixed. She was friendly and helpful, and I’m very grateful for her help.
I want to give a big shout-out to Nick Sales at Advance Auto Parts. Nick is extremely knowledgeable, professional, and genuinely helpful. He took the time to make sure I got the exact right parts, explained the options clearly, and didn’t rush the process. Customer service like this is rare these days. Nick went above and beyond, stayed patient, and made the whole experience smooth and easy. If you need parts and real advice, ask for Nick — you’ll be in good hands. Highly recommend
