Needed the battery and alternator checked today. Junior was awesome from start to finish. My battery was dead but I knew I had a warranty on it from another location. Apparently they didnt connect it to my account or something. Junior was happy to help. The battery wasnt even made two years ago. He knew I was still covered. He went above and beyond. Shoutout to Chris at Advance Auto Parts. He helped me out with my battery and really knew what he was doing. Super knowledgeable, took his time to explain everything, and made sure I got exactly what I needed. Customer service was on point from start to finish. Definitely appreciate the help—guys like that make a big difference.
