I just want to give a shout out to Advance Auto in Piney Flats! Me and my mom found ourselves stranded today with a dead battery a ways up the Rd from Advance. I called them and told them my situation and they offered to come boost me. They boosted me, followed behind me to their store and put a new battery in for me. I'm like wow that is some great customer service!! They were nice, genuine and helpful! Above and Beyond made a not so nice situation into something that made me smile anyway! The best service Hello, I am writing about your store in Johnson City TN, 2918 Bristol Hwy. Today I had a doctor apointment in Bristol TN, and on my way home I was stopping at a red light and my breaks just went out! I had no idea what to do or how I was going to get home. HELPFUL AT TIMES I HAVE BEEN IN MANY AUTO STORES AND HAVE ACTUALLY WORKED IN A FEW. THIS STORE IS WELL STOCKED AND THE SERVICE IS SATISFACTORY. I WAS SUPRISED TO FIND THAT THERE WAS NOT EVEN ONE EMPLOYEE BEHIND THE COUNTER WHO COULD ANSWER ANY AUTOMOTIVE QUESTIONS. I WOULD THINK THAT THE STORE WOULD HAVE AT LEAST ONE KNOWLEDGABLE EMPLOYEE CONSIDERDING THE TYPE STORE IT WAS AND THE TYPE CUSTOMER.
