I had a great experience at Advance Auto Parts thanks to Chad! He was incredibly knowledgeable, kind, and helpful from start to finish. He replaced my car battery quickly and efficiently, and I really appreciated how friendly and professional he was throughout the whole process. It’s not every day you come across someone who genuinely takes pride in helping customers. Chad went above and beyond, and I would definitely recommend him to anyone who needs help at Advance Auto Parts!

I recently worked with new store manager Michael and coworker Chad. Both are very friendly and extremely helpful. They quickly helped me find the exact parts needed to fix my daughter’s car. Keep up the great work guys!
