One of the worst shopping experiences I've ever had. Upon walking into the store, the supposed store manager, Casey, was extremely rude and dismissive. He opened the conversation very antagonistically, citing his frustration with previous customers that had nothing to do with me specifically. I work with a lot of Advanced Auto Parts but this is by far the worst service I have ever received
This place is awful. Customer service is by far the worst I've experienced. The cashier with the silly mustache clearly lacks social skills. He should be stocking shelves instead of interacting with customers. Also, the man with the headphones that pointed to the store when I asked for help to open a bottle of coolant is also as pathetic. Lame excuse for a man.

Guy was a huge jerk and totally out of pocket. Asked if they had first responder discount and he was nice at first. Proceeded to say “for every first responder BUT police” “only the ones that actually help people” super bold for an auto parts store and so unnecessary and disrespectful. Will definitely be avoiding advanced auto.
