The staff were polite. I came in to have my battery tested and replaced. After removing the battery, the staff informed me that, based on the manufactured date on the side it was still under warranty if I could provide the receipt. The battery had been purchased by my father because we shared the vehicle at the time, so I explained that I would need to call him to determine which account it was purchased under.
