James at Advance Auto in Dedham was incredibly helpful! He patiently coached me through how to change my engine air filter and made the whole process feel easy and manageable. I honestly couldn’t have done it without him. Really appreciate him taking the time to help me out—great customer service and a genuinely helpful guy!
Awesome. J.C. has phenomenal customer service skills
THE 2 GENTLEMAN WORKING ON SEPT 10, 2026 THE BEST THANK YOU
Went in to buy a replacement wiper. The shelf price was $10 higher than the price at the register! Saved some money, yes. But it would be nice to know they were keeping their prices up to date. Also, they told me it would fit my car. Got home and it turned out that it didn't (only a certain model has the correct type of clip). I got exactly what I need from Amazon instead.
super sweet boys named Jason and James helped me today! Explained everything perfectly and so charming, helped me fix my car battery :)
