Overall, I was pleased with my previous experience. But this time it was extremely unpleasant. I placed an order online and received a notification that the item was ready for pickup. I drove 15 miles only to be told it wasn't there.
Very happy staff courteous dealt with JC he found me the right wipers and even helped to have them installed very pleased. Stopped what he was doing to make sure was good. Will be back
Great customer service! Jean Carlos was nice and very helpful. Even working alone he attended us with efficiency.
My personal and professional opinion is that they are fair in price and job scheduling.
I was helped by JeanCarlos at Dedham Store. He was courteous and professional! And, although store was very busy (phones, many customers ) he remained calm, cool and professional at all times. He helped each customer with the same pleasant attitude! This is a rare young man and he should be recognized!!
