Knowledgeable staff
Hunter is an excellent employee who goes above and beyond in helping customers. I called in with a question one day and he was happy to help. When I came into the store he was outside helping another gentleman with something under his hood. He helped me with my issue and I feel bad he has to do it when it's cold outside but he still does it all with a smile.

My suv broke down, and the parts I needed were in Spencer. My niece and I walked over to Advance Auto Parts so I could buy the parts and get back on the road. My niece went ahead of me knowing that we were cutting it short on time, they closed at 9 pm, she got there at 9:58pm. I got there at 9:59pm.
